course expectations

I use technology as a tool in teaching little children. I believe that as early as their age, they have so many questions in mind that need to be answered. I use the Ipad in showing pictures and videos in presenting my lessons.

I also give my students the opportunity to access technology to those who don’t have at their homes and to those who are curious in using it.

I chose Edtech because I want to improve my teaching by using techniques, applying theories and showing acquired skills that I will learn from this course.I am so much interested to learn and explore many things about EdTech from Doc Ferdie! I hope he can mentor me throughout my MA in this university. As for my classmates, I hope we could mentor each other and share our skills, opinions, techniques for the betterment of our career. Collaboratively, we could be a force to implement and spread what we will learn from Doc Ferdie.

I want to explore everything in the computer since I was in grade school. From troubleshooting programs to formatting and installing the operating system. I dreamed to be an I.T. back then. From this course, maybe I could be one. Not just applying all what I will learn from this course, but also share it as an educator. I want to be one of the educators who will help change positively the rapid growth of technology in education in our generation and utilize it properly.
